The Dutch Handel Society has been recognised as a charitable organisation by the VriendenLoterij (Friends Lottery). Participants in the VriendenLoterij can support our association by linking their lottery ticket to us. Any prizes won remain entirely the property of the participant.

By linking your lottery ticket to the Dutch  Handel Society, we receive 6 euros (40% of the ticket price) per ticket per draw. There are 15 draws each year. The more tickets are linked to our Society, the more funding becomes available to support our concerts.

Register by telephone

If you prefer to register by telephone, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact the Member Services department of the VriendenLoterij by calling 088 – 020 1020
  2. Indicate that you would like to participate as a new player in support of the Nederlandse Händelvereniging, or that you would like to transfer your existing ticket(s) to support our association
  3. Please mention the Beneficiary Code (Benicode) of the Nederlandse Händelvereniging: 20527.3

Helpful Handel

As the Dutch Handel Society, we want to share our love of classical music with the community. We regularly respond to requests to participate in flash mobs, New Year receptions, anniversaries, memorial services, and benefit concerts. We also organize special projects for target groups to increase their musical knowledge and appreciation of classical music.
